We’re all Secret Agents
I sometimes wish I knew what my purpose was. Maybe we have many different covert missions in life that we aren’t even privy to. Chance meetings aren’t what we think they are. We meet who we meet, we go through what we go through for a higher purpose. One person’s action is enough to change another’s direction. Good or bad. Some of us finish our missions early, some of us take a lifetime.
This is a photograph of me at a bonfire last night celebrating the end of 2010. There is something about fire that has always fascinated me. I could get lost in the flames, their colors and dancing always lull me into a calmer state of mind. I always tend to stand too close but like a moth to a flame I can’t help it. Its too beautiful to admire from a distance.

I’ve had a few of these moments. Like the second time I met Ronnie Winter (The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus). Yes, the second time. Maybe the first time was a fluke. Jon practically pushed me over to him the second time because I was standing around with a bunch of people the band obviously knew trying to find an opening and though Jon was trying to help out it made the situation all the more awkward.
My friends in a band called INPASSING are trying to raise money to record their second CD. Can you help them out? There are some really cool incentives for donating! Some of the rewards are:
